Boarding Schools in New Mexico for boys, girls, and troubled teens

 

There are only three boarding schools in New Mexico and each of the Boarding Schools are very different in the type of students attending, their curriculums, and objectives. One is a Military Academy and Boarding school, one if for Native Americans only, specifically the Navajo Nation. The third Boarding School is for young adult males 17-26 and is for Drug and Alcohol addictions.

 New Mexico boarding schools for troubled teens:

 

New Mexico Military Institute is co-ed, and covers grades 9-12, and is located in Roswell, NM

 

Navajo Preparatory School is Co-ed, and covers grades 9-12, and is located in Farmington, NM

 

San Cristobal Ranch Academy is for Boys only 17-26 years old, centers on Drug and Alcohol abuse and is located in Taos, NM

 

Unfortunately, New Mexico does not have any boarding schools for troubled teens.  New Mexico parents of troubled boys and troubled girls are forced to look to the State of Utah, where they have used Abundant Life Academy, a Christian boarding school for troubled teenagers.  There are other States nearby that have phenomenal therapeutic boarding schools for troubled teens.
