Christian Boarding Schools for Troubled Teen Boys and Girls in Oklahoma

 

We searched for the following types of boarding schools in the State of Oklahoma and were unable to locate a single boarding school.  We searched for Junior Boarding Schools, Therapeutic Boarding Schools, College-Prep Boarding Schools, Military Boarding Schools, Co-ed Boarding Schools, Boarding Schools for Troubled Teens, All Girls Boarding Schools, All Boys Boarding Schools, Top Boarding Schools, Best Boarding Schools, and Christian boarding schools.  We didn't find any reference to boarding schools of any type for the State of Oklahoma.  Oklahoma parents have to go to the State of Texas to find a therapeutic or Christian boarding schools for troubled teens.  Unfortunately, for the parents of troubled boys and troubled girls from the State of Oklahoma the boarding school options are not within driving distance.  Many parents for Oklahoma have enrolled their troubled teenager into Abundant Life Academy, located in St. George, UT.

In the State of Texas there are five Christian boarding schools.  The Brook Hill School, co-ed, serving grades, 8 to 12, in Bullard, TX.  The Hockaday School, all girls, grades 8 to 12, Dallas, TX.  There is St. Stephen's Episcopal School, co-ed, grades 8 through 12, located in Austin, TX.  There is San Marcos Baptist Academy, co-ed, grades 7 to 12, San Marcos, TX.  Finally, there is TMI, The Episcopal School of Texas, co-ed, grades 8 to 12, in San Antonio, TX.
