Amazing Testimony from Thankful ALA Parents

 

Praise God!!! Praise God!!!! Praise God for everything that He has done in our
life. We can't take any credit for anything that has happened in the life of our

family. We are here because of the Lord Jesus Christ, because of His love, His
grace and His mercy. He taught us a lot of things, He taught us how to humble
ourselves before Him and to obey Him faithfully. He  taught us to be patient,
 to persevere, to endure.He taught us  how to surrender fully to Him and to
completely depend on Him, apart from Him we are nothing and we cannot do
anything; but with Him and in Him everything is possible.


With the trials and suffering that we are going through right now,
"our faith is again under construction." Our Master Carpenter Who has our
blueprint is doing major work in us; building, rebuilding, remodeling, pressure cleaning,
fumigating, landscaping and more in our life. My husband said, God is also doing
" complete overhauling " in us right now. God has taught us so much and we
learned that " untested faith is a weak faith." That the storms of our life
 prove the strenght of our ANCHOR.  

My husband and I, would like to thank you and the whole
ALA family for helping  and supporting us, especially our son Joshua. We are so
greatful to God that He provided a place for our son. Everybody has been so
great to us. The Director of Ministries, Marcus Hamaker, helped us so much from day one. When I called
ALA to inquire, I spoke to him, he was very kind, very helpful, patient,
honest and  understanding. He told me about ALA, what you do and why you're
different from  the other schools. While talking to him, I could  already tell
that  he's not trying to sell me anything but he's telling me the testimony of
the school, what you believe in and how your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ will
help my son and our family. I started crying and opening up to him. He provided
all the information we needed to help us decide. He patiently answered all our many
questions, difficult and even the non sense ones. I have called him so many
times, at least 3 times a day for questions and guidance. We were extremely
anxious and terrified sending our son away and not be able to see him, protect
him and take care of him. But he was very patient and supportive. With what
happened to our older son, we developed some "trust issues," It was not an easy
decision to make but Marcus made sure we're comfortable and we'll informed on
what to expect and what to do. Marcus walked us through the step by step process
to make it sure everything"s covered.  We can't thank Marcus enough for all the
things he's done for us, especially for our son Jake.
