Employment Opportunities to Work With Troubled Boys and Struggling Girls

We are always looking for excellent candidates to work with troubled boys and struggling girls. Our Christian boarding school has openings for the following positions:

Academic Director - Requirements Masters Degree in Education. Duties include key roles in management of all areas of the Academic portion of the boarding school program, similar to the position of a principle of a public high school or headmaster of a private boarding school.

Program Director - Duties include management of residential and academic programs, equip, train and supervise all staff, communication, point person, liaison between school and parents, between school and community, school and government agencies.

Ministerial Director/Senior Pastor - Directs evangelical outreach “mercy ministry” projects, provides pastoral counseling and guidance to staff and students, promotes the spiritual and emotional well being of students and their families, directs bible studies and performs daily bible devotional with both students and staff.

Certified Teachers - Currently looking for Certified Teachers in the following areas Math, Science, English and Social Studies, History, Humanities.

Ministerial Staff/Evangelical Outreach - Currently looking for experienced youth pastors to assist the senior pastor in fulfilling his/her role of evangelical outreach "mercy ministry" projects.
