ALA is an evangelical Christian boarding school designed for troubled teens. We serve both girls and boys, in separate sections of our academy facility. ALA is designed for teenagers that are:

Where Teens and Their Families Find Help

Abundant Life Academy is a Christian therapeutic boarding school and Leadership Academy with a specific goal in mind. We excel in working with troubled teens that have good hearts, and come from loving families but have had a disconnect somewhere along the line.  Academically, the troubled teens we serve have been outstanding students in the past, or have the potential to be so, yet are not currently applying themselves. Prior to coming to ALA, our students are off track, unmotivated, and making choices that, while seemingly harmless to them, are having a devastating effect on those they come into contact with; specifically their families. Most of the troubled teens that come to ALA's Christian boarding school are challenged with selfishness, being ungrateful, and finding motivation primarily in the poor peer choices they are making.  They are in need of restoration with their families, reconnection to their relationship with God, and a greater understanding of the value of who they are.

ALA's therapeutic Christian boarding school for troubled teens provides early intervention alternative programs for struggling boys and girls. Jesus is the only answer for today's rebellious teenager. He is the centerpiece for maturation and restoration--the foundation upon which our lives are built.  Our boarding school program offers, academic restoration programs, advanced leadership training, Family Restoration, athletics, community service, mercy ministry outreach, horsemanship, equine therapy, group and individual sessions, and substance abuse prevention programs.

At ALA Christian boarding school, we will introduce, or re-introduce, your child to his or her faith in a way that they are able and open to receive it. Essentially, we revive the academic and spiritual hope that was once great in your now struggling child by providing a safe, spiritually healthy platform for their relationship with Christ to be restored. What has been dimmed due to numerous poor choices and harmful friends can be restored through a reconnection with our Savior, Jesus Christ. Through prayer, Bible study, worship, and a renewed relationship with the Son of God, immature kids grow strong in faith, and hope for the future is revived.
